Ingredients

  1. Selection of soft fish
  2. Stir fry veg
  3. Tinfoil
  4. Zip lock bag with soy, sweet chilli, ginger garlic and chilli

Cooking Instructions

    Take two large pieces of tin foil and layer on top or each other

  2. 2

    Place your veg in the bottom and pieces of fish on top.

  3. 3

    Fold over three sides of your tin foil to create a pouch.

  4. 4

    Add your soy sauce mix and fold over edges until all sides are sealed.

  5. 5

    Leave on fire for roughly 20 mins. If you need to check the packet, CAREFULLY as steam may come out, remove s small section and test with fork. Enjoy in whatever plate, bowl, tub or mug you can find :)
