Ingredients

  1. 3raw tomatoes cut into slices
  2. 1/2 cuppineapple pulp
  3. 1/4the cup scraped Coconut
  4. 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
  5. 1 cupsugar
  6. 1dry red chilli
  7. To tastesalt
  8. Add needed oil

    Heat oil in a pan add dry red chilli and mustard seed for tempering

  2. 2

    Now add the tomato slices

  3. 3

    Add salt and pineapple pulp

  4. 4

    Cover till it becomes soft

  5. 5

    Add scraped coconut mix well

  6. 6

    Finally add sugar and combine

  7. 7

    Garnish it with coconut and serve
