Preheat oven to 180°C

Grease the baking dish or cake tin.

Melt the butter and dark chocolate and set aside to cool slightly.

Beat the egg yolks with the caster sugar until fluffy and stir through the chocolate mixture.

In a separate bowl mix together plain flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and desiccated coconut.

Fold the flour mixture into the batter alternatively with the whipping cream.

In a clean bowl beat egg white until stiff and fold them into the batter.

Pour the batter inti cake tin and bake for 50-60 minutes.

Leave the cake to cool in the tin.

Make the icing by dark chocolate and then whisk through the butter. Spread the icing over the cake.

Whipped cream and condensed milk mix together spread into the cake.

Sprinkle fresh grated coconut

Serve.
