Ingredients

1 bagmini peppers, hollowed
1Owen's sausage, browned and chopped finely
1fresh sage, as in a bunch, finely chopped
1/2red cabbage chopped finely
1yellow onion, chopped finely. Browned
1 bunchspinach, finely chopped
3 blockscream cheese
1 tbspsalt and pepper
1 blockparmesan, grated
3jalepenos, chopped finely

Hollow out mini peppers

Combine all other ingredients. Mix well.

Stuff peppers with mixture

Spread on baking sheet evenly and bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees

If feeling fanciful, add parmesan to tops of peppers prior to baking
