Wash the beans and cut into small pieces.

Heat a pan. Put the oil in it. Fry cashew and shreded coconut. Keep it aside.

Again heat a pan. Put some oil. When it became very hot crackle some musterd seeds and dry red chilli. Add curry leaves and beans. Stir constantly in high heat.

Cook 4 - 5 minutes then add salt and pepper. Mix rosted cashew and coconut. Serve as a side dish.
