Ingredients

1/2 hours
40-45 Pieces
  • 150 gramDesiccated coconut
  • 3/4 th cupCondensed Milk
  • 1 tablespoonRose syrup
  • 6-8finely chopped rose petals
  • as neededGulkand
  • Desiccated coconut +chopped rose petals
  • 150 gramsDesiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cupCondensed Milk
  • 1 teaspoonCardamom powder
  • 10-12Crushed Almonds

Steps

    Method for almond flavour laddu

  2. 2

    In a wok on stove top dry roast desiccated coconut on low flame keep stirring while roasting.

  3. 3

    Afterwards add condensed milk mix well and cook till thick.

    Sprinkle cardamom powder give a mix.

  4. 4

    Remove from flame.Let it cool.

    Make dough like divide it into small portions.Make balls.

  5. 5

    Press gently fill in some chopped almonds cover and roll again into a ball.

  6. 6

    Roll the balls on to the desiccated coconut.Repeat the process for all the balls.

  7. 7

    Method for rosey flavour laddu

  8. 8

    Afterwards add condensed milk mix well and cook till thick.

    Remove from flame let it cool. Add rose syrup along with chopped rose petals mix again well.

  9. 9

    Make dough like divide it into small portions.Make balls.

    Press gently fill in some gulkand cover and roll again into a ball.

  10. 10

    Roll the balls on to the mix of desiccated coconut and choppes petals.Repeat the process for all the balls.
