Mix the butter, shortening, sugars until creamy. Add eggs one at a time until blended. Then add vanilla and blend.

Combine dry ingredients in small bowl and then gradually stir into sugar mixture until dough is formed.

Add chocolate chips.

Round into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350. Then eat until you go into a diabetic coma. They are that good!
