Ingredients

20 minutes

4 servings

250 gmsChicken with bones
1 tbspGinger garlic paste
2 tspred chilli powder
1 tspcorn flour
1 tspcoriander powder
1/2 tspgaram masala powder
2 tbsplime juice
to tasteSalt
As neededOil for frying

Wash and pat dry chicken on towel and keep aside.

Marinate with all mentioned ingeidient except oil.

Keep in fridge for 1 hour.

After 1 hour heat oil in kadai and fry chicken pieces until done.

Keep flipping sides while frying.

When done serve hot.
