Steps

Keep a non-stick pan on gas on low flame.Add 1/4 tbsp ghee.put 1tbsp Mawa in it and saute it Until it melts.

Add cardamom powder and Sugar and saute.

Add saffron milk.and switch off the gas and saute it.

Add thick Creamy coconut milk and mix it well.

Take it out in a bowl and put this Coconut saffron milk in freeze.

For Coconut Mawa balls. Keep a non-stick pan on gas low flame.

Put 1tbsp ghee in it.put grated coconut in it and fry it for 2 min on low flame.

After this, add half the bowl of Mawa to it and run it well and mix it in coconut.

Add cardamom powder and sugar in it and saute.

Take this mixture into a plate and make it small balls when it cools down.

Take out coconut and saffron milk from freeze and put all these balls in this milk.

Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios.
