Ingredients

40 mins
  1. 1Some red Desiree potatoes
  2. 1Fresh chopped thyme and rosemary
  3. 1Olive oil
  4. 1Sea salt & cracked black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre-heat oven to 180*C. Cut slits into spuds- about 3/4 the way through.

  2. 2

    Mix oil with herbs and apply to spuds- making sure to get oil into slits.

  3. 3

    Bake for 30mins. Season and serve. Very nice and a good way to pretty up a side- good texture also. Enjoy!
