Ingredients

40 mins

1Some red Desiree potatoes
1Fresh chopped thyme and rosemary
1Olive oil
1Sea salt & cracked black pepper

40 mins

Pre-heat oven to 180*C. Cut slits into spuds- about 3/4 the way through.

Mix oil with herbs and apply to spuds- making sure to get oil into slits.

Bake for 30mins. Season and serve. Very nice and a good way to pretty up a side- good texture also. Enjoy!
