Ingredients

  • 2fingers of plantain, peeled and sliced
  • 10king prawns, cleaned and deveined
  • 1medium carrot, julienne cut
  • 1red bell pepper, julienne cut
  • 1 clovegarlic, minced
  • 2habanero pepper diced
  • 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  • Bunchspring onion
  • 1 tablespoonolive oil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 cupdiced chicken breast
  • DashChef Stone's Secret Spice

Steps

  1. 1

    Season plantain with salt, black pepper or Chilli flakes if you have any and secret spice. Deep fry until golden browns

  2. 2

    Set a wok/ frying pan over high heat and add olive oil once pan is hot

  3. 3

    Add prawns and chicken breaks season with salt, onion, garlic, pepper and secret spice

  4. 4

    Add carrots, lemon juice and bell peppers

  5. 5

    Top with spring onions just before prawns are cooked through

  6. 6

    Serve with fried plantain
