19" deep dish pie shell
1 1/2 Cupscanned pumpkin
1 Tspginger
1 Tspcinnamon
1/4 Tspcloves
1/4 Tspmace
Alternately you can use 2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice instead of the spices -- if your lazy or being cheap (like me!)
1/2 tspsalt
2eggs
2 Tbspbutter
1/2 Cupfirmly packed brown sugar
1 Cupmilk

Mix all ingredients together with mixer

Pour mix into pie shell

Bake 350 F for 45-50 minutes until knife comes out clean
