Ingredients

45 mins
8 servings
  • 19" deep dish pie shell
  • 1 1/2 Cupscanned pumpkin
  • 1 Tspginger
  • 1 Tspcinnamon
  • 1/4 Tspcloves
  • 1/4 Tspmace
  • Alternately you can use 2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice instead of the spices -- if your lazy or being cheap (like me!)
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 2eggs
  • 2 Tbspbutter
  • 1/2 Cupfirmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 Cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together with mixer

  2. 2

    Pour mix into pie shell

  3. 3

    Bake 350 F for 45-50 minutes until knife comes out clean
