Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 19" deep dish pie shell
  2. 1 1/2 Cupscanned pumpkin
  3. 1 Tspginger
  4. 1 Tspcinnamon
  5. 1/4 Tspcloves
  6. 1/4 Tspmace
  7. Alternately you can use 2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice instead of the spices -- if your lazy or being cheap (like me!)
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 2eggs
  10. 2 Tbspbutter
  11. 1/2 Cupfirmly packed brown sugar
  12. 1 Cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together with mixer

  2. 2

    Pour mix into pie shell

  3. 3

    Bake 350 F for 45-50 minutes until knife comes out clean
