Make chicken tikka by (1 tspkashimiri chilli powder+1/2tsp red chillipdr+2 tsp thickyogurt+salt+1/2tsp garam masala+1/2 tsp lemon juice+pinch turmeric+1 tsp kasoori methi) apply on chicken pieces and keep charcoal yo get tht taste and shallow fry in 1 tbsp oil

Take oil in a pan and saute onion+GingerGarlic+tomatoes+whole garam masala and saute for few minutes...cool and grind..

Take butter in the same pan and add the puree and masalas saute...add the chicken +kasoori methi+cream + sugar,salt and cook

Add in the rice and coat well...add the butter and coriander leaves...serve
