Steps

Clean the mushrooms and put them in boiled water, covered for 30 mins

Cut the paneer into cubes and place it in boiled water with some salt, covered for 30 mins

Heat a pan and puthalf of the butter and put onions, tomato and garlic in it and saute till it's soft and light brown. Remove and keep it to cool and then form a masala paste of it

Take the curd in a bowl and put some turmeric, red chilli and the above masala paste and mix well

Put the rest of the butter in the pan and put some Cumin seeds to crackle. Add the curd mix formed and saute for 2 mins

Add the mushrooms into it and let it cook for 5 mins. Add the paneer and mix well and again let it cook for few mins

Add 1 cup water and salt and sugar per taste and cook for 5 mins. Add Garam masala and remove to serve
