  • 100 gsteamed chicken
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • 1 tbsolive oil
  • pinchsalt

    Wash the arugula and spinach

    Debone the chicken

  3. 3

    Cut the tomato in two

  4. 4

    To make the vinaigrette mix vinegar,olive oil

    Combine all ingredients together and sprinkle salt
