Ingredients

  1. 2chicken breasts
  2. 1\4 C oil(coconut, olive oil whatever you have)
  3. Juice of half a lime
  4. 1/4 Csoy sauce
  5. 1 1/2 tsponion powder
  6. 1/2 tspthyme
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1/4 tspallspice
  9. 1/4 tspnutmeg
  10. 1/4 tspcinnamon
  11. 1/2 tspsugar
  12. 1/4 tsppepper
  13. 1/4 tspcayenne pepper
  14. 1/4 tspcurry powder
  15. cloveMinced garlic
  16. 1minced green onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375°

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients (except chicken) and set aside 1/8 C

  3. 3

    Rub chicken with mixture then sear brown in a frying pan

  4. 4

    Bake chicken and rest of sauce that chicken was rubbed in for 30 mins

  5. 5

    Serve with remaining 1/8 C of sauce on top
