2chicken breasts
1\4 C oil(coconut, olive oil whatever you have)

1/4 Csoy sauce
1 1/2 tsponion powder
1/2 tspthyme
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tspallspice
1/4 tspnutmeg
1/4 tspcinnamon
1/2 tspsugar
1/4 tsppepper
1/4 tspcayenne pepper
1/4 tspcurry powder
cloveMinced garlic
1minced green onion

Steps

Preheat oven to 375°

Mix all ingredients (except chicken) and set aside 1/8 C

Rub chicken with mixture then sear brown in a frying pan

Bake chicken and rest of sauce that chicken was rubbed in for 30 mins

Serve with remaining 1/8 C of sauce on top
