1 Tbspitalian seasoning
1 TbspAdobo Seasoning
3 TbspMinced Garlic
1/4-1/2 glassMerlot Wine
16 ozFresh Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms (optional)
10 dasheshot sauce (optional)

Add all other ingredients and bring to a light bubble. Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes stiring regularly to avoid burning.
