Ingredients

  • 250 gchicken
  • 50 ggarlic
  • 80 gonions
  • 2 pcspimentos
  • 70 gtomato concase
  • 100 gsliced mushrooms

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash chicken

  2. 2

    In a pan take butter and oil

  3. 3

    Saute chicken till golden brown

  4. 4

    Sweat garlic follwed by pimentos,TOMATO CONCAsSE FOLLOWED BY TOMATO PUREE

  5. 5

    Lastly add mushroom

  6. 6

    Mix well

  7. 7

    Deglaze with wine

  8. 8

    Add chicken stock and simmer down the flame

  9. 9

    Season with salt and pepper
