Steps

Make a dough of all purpose flour with half tsp of salt & half tsp of chilli flakes

Half Boil pea in salted walter & strain it take a blander & make paste of it

Take a hot pan with oil & fry garlic till golden brown

Add pea paste & add salt & chilli according to taste & add garam masala then mix it well

Make a big chapati & make a layer of pea paste on it & roll tightly

Sprinkle suji & roll the roll

Cut the Cole in 1inch of pics & flatten it on Suji

Then deep fry it till lite golden

& serve hot with green chutney & curd
