Take a pan add 2 cup water And boil pasta for 8-10 min then drain and let it cool.

Take another pan add oil then add ginger garlic paste And then add tomato and onion puree and cook till it thicken.

Then add salt and other spices to tomato puree and add tomato paste and tomato ketchup and mix properly then switch off gas and then when sauce cools down then add one egg and beat properly your sauce is ready.

Then Take a pie tin and place boiled pasta and then pour sauce on it and top it with cheese and sprinkle bread crumb and italian seasoning then bake it for 12 min at 180.c garnish with micro greens.
