Firstly to boiled egg in medium flame

Now after boiling cool egg in cold water and remove their external cells.

Now start our gas and heat pan or add some oil for frying egg and potatoes

And fry to both in golden brown colour.

Now add Onion, tomatoes, whole coriander and whole garam masalas in blender and grind in paste form.

Now add 2-3 tbsp oil in pan and heat and add cumin seed and ginger garlic paste after 2 min add Onion tomatoes paste in pan and cool to golden brown colour.

After cooked masalas add dry masalas Turmeric powder, red chill powder, coriander powder and salt to taste and cook 2-3 Min.

Now add some water in masalas and boiled 4-5 min. After boiling water add golden brown eggs and potatoes cook for 10 min.

Egg Curry is ready for serve.

Garnish to green coriander and serve with rice and rotis.
