Bajra attached,suji,salt oil dalke make tight dough.

Made equal parts and press the small ball like puri

Deep fry it.

Cook the sprouts matki with salt

Heat the pan fry green chilli and tomato with little oil

Add fried chilli tomato garlic and coconut and make fine paste

Keep pan add oil heat the oil and add mustard onion saute till golden brown

Then add prepared paste and salt saute till raw smell goes

Lastly add cooked matki and close the lid fr few min then add curry leaves mix it well

Serve with bajra puri
