Ingredients

  1. 300 gramsBoiled and minced Soyabean
  2. 3/4 cupBasmati Rice soaked
  3. 5 tsp Gram flour
  4. 2 tbsp Bread crumbs
  5. 3Boiled potato
  6. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 2 tspgaram masala
  9. 2 tbsp Black pepper corns
  10. 2Green chillies chopped
  11. 2 tbspSoya sauce
  12. 2 tbspFresh coriander leaves chopped

    Combine minced soybin, soy sauce, salt, crushed peppercorns, ginger, garlic, gram flour,bread crumbsspring onion greens and chopped red chilli in a bowl and mix well.

    Heat sufficient water in a steamer ya idli container

  3. 3

    Spread rice on a plate

  4. 4

    Dampen your palms and divide the mixture into small equal portions shaped into balls. Coat them with the rice.

  5. 5

    Place the prepared dumplings on the idli container and steam for 6-8 minutes or till the soybin and rice is fully cooked.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce
