Combine minced soybin, soy sauce, salt, crushed peppercorns, ginger, garlic, gram flour,bread crumbsspring onion greens and chopped red chilli in a bowl and mix well.

Heat sufficient water in a steamer ya idli container

Spread rice on a plate

Dampen your palms and divide the mixture into small equal portions shaped into balls. Coat them with the rice.

Place the prepared dumplings on the idli container and steam for 6-8 minutes or till the soybin and rice is fully cooked.

Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce
