Steps

Firstly lightly roast the oats and Poppy seeds. Then take heavy bottom pan and boil the milk,keep it on simmer until it reduces to half. After that add oats, Poppy seeds,and on sim gas,let's cook.

After some time when milk is getting reduced, add all dry fruits, cream and mix nicely for 2 minutes. Now switch off the flame and add sugar, vanilla essence and cardamom powder.

Oats Kheer is ready.Transfer the oats Kheer into serving bowls and garnish with some more chopped dry fruits.

Allow the oats dry fruits Kheer to get cold.

Serve chilled.Very healthy and tasty.
