Ingredients

  1. 1big can black eyed peas
  2. 4-5grape tomatoes diced
  3. 1/4cucumber diced
  4. 5-6baby carrots diced
  5. About a palm full walnuts crunched
  6. 1/4 cupraisins
  7. 1/2bell pepper diced
  8. Salt to liking
  9. Black pepper to taste 3-4 tbs olive oil or flax oil
  10. 3 tbsbalsamic vinegar
  11. 1 tspfull brown sugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Drain the peas rinse lightly and put them in a bowl

  2. 2

    Combine the rest of the ingredients and mix them together

  3. 3

    Enjoy (καλή όρεξη)
