Once again another reason this was not done earlier is because of small controversial differences. Some say pineapple and ham should go in it, some pineapple and salami, others say pineapple and spam. Well the truth be told it's none of the above. No meat no pineapple.

Ingredients

10 - 12 serving
  1. 2-1/2 cupHellmans Mayonnaise
  2. 1 poundelbow macaroni I used corkscrew
  3. 1 cupshredded carrots I used organic
  4. 1/4 cupmilk
  5. 2 tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
  6. 2 tablespoonssugar
  7. To tastekosher salt and ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the pasta as instructed on package. Drain.

  2. 2

    Grate the carrots

  3. 3

    Mix the mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, and sugar. Add the carrots, salt, and pepper to the pasta.

    It's thick and creamy.

  5. 5

    Pour the mayonnaise mixture to the pasta and carrots.

  6. 6

    Mix everything well.

  7. 7

    It just needs to be chilled till throughly cooled. It can be made the day before. I hope you enjoy!
