Ingredients

20 mins
  1. Bread slices (2/set)
  2. 2Potatoes
  3. 1carrot
  4. mint chutney (as needed)
  5. sooji
  6. butter (for frying)
  7. corriander leaves - chopped
  8. salt (as needed)
  9. 1 teaspoonchaat masala -

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the potatoes and carrot . Strain the boiled veggies. Add , chaat masala and salt , then mash the vegetables nicely .

  2. 2

    Make the potato mash as fine round patties and dab it in sooji . Set aside .

  3. 3

    Take a pan and add 2 teaspoons of butter . After the butter melts , put the patty over the pan and fry it both ways until crispy and golden brown .

  4. 4

    Now take the bread slices . Toss them over the tawa and start toasting them . Add a spoon of mint chutney and corriander leaves over one slice . Now keep the patty on the same slice and toss the other slice over it . Toast it bothways

    Cut the toast into halves and relish !
