Ingredients

1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup oats
1/3 cup butter
2 tspcocoa powder
1/2 tspvanilla essence
Pinchbaking soda
1/2 cup chilled milk
1/2 cup milkmaid

Steps

Dip oats in milk for half an hour.

Whisk milkmaid and butter.

Now add all the ingredients 1 by 1 combining gently.Do not toss it much.

Bake in micro for 12mins at 200°C
