Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 2 cupsPlain Oats
  2. 1/2 cupWalnuts chopped
  3. 1/2 cupDessicated Coconut powder
  4. 2 tbspFlax seeds fried
  5. 1 tbspCocoa powder
  6. 1/2 tspNutmeg powder
  7. 1/2 tspCinnamon powder
  8. 2 tbspHoney
  9. 2 tbsppeanut butter
  10. 1 tspVanilla extract
  11. 1 pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast oats till pinkish brown.let it cool down.

  2. 2

    Take oats in a bowl, add chopped walnuts, flax seeds, coconut powder,nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder, cocoa powder.

    Now add peanut butter and honey. Mx well.

  4. 4

    Add vanilla essence.

  5. 5

    Put this mixture into the greased mithai tray.Spread and press it nicely.

  6. 6

    Put the tray in the fridge for 2 hours.

  7. 7

    Cut out into desired shapes

  8. 8

    Eat these nutritious bars when you feel low.
