Grate the carrots. Chop the green chilli and green coriander

Take a pan roast oats for two minutes in it. Take it out and let it cool at room temperature and made powder of it.

Take another pan. Put some oil in it, add cummin seeds, mustard seeds. Add grated carrot and green chilli in it saute it for 5 minutes and let it cool completely

Take a bowl add oats powder and mixture in it. Add curd, semolina, Salt, red chilli powder, Black pepper,baking powder in it add water to make it at a better consistency

Take idli vessel grease oil on it put prepared mixture and steam it for 10 minutes

Now your oats idli are ready. Serve it with Sambhar or any sauce you like
