Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupcaster sugar (for know reason)
  • 2 tspcinnamon
  • Bb/butter
  • Bread sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    Butter on both sides the bread

  2. 2

    Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the butterd bread

  3. 3

    Place on hot pan and brown one side then brown the other side

  4. 4

    Serve warm with warm lemon fondant
