Chicken Salad

A little sweet and a little crunchy....

Ingredients

  1. 4skinless chicken breast or a rotisserie chicken shredded no skin
  2. 1 tbspsalt
  3. 1 tbsppeper
  4. 1 tbspcelery salt
  5. 4 stalkscelery
  6. 1granny smith apple
  7. 1 cancrushed pineapple
  8. 1-1-1/2 cup of purple seedless grapes sliced
  9. mayo or miracle whip (to taste)
  10. greek plain yogurt (to taste)
  11. 1/2 cupshredded almonds
  12. smoked paprika
  13. 1/2 cupraisin cranberries

Cooking Instructions

    Boil chicken in 4 cups of water and add seasons. Bring to boil, then cook 20 to 25 minutes medium heat. Take out of pot, let cool, then dice or shred in big bowl.

    Dice apple, grapes, celery and add to cooled off chicken. Add pineapple, almonds and mix altogether. Add mayo or miracle whip and yogurt to taste. Sprinkle salt, pepper and smoked paprika on top when completed.

    Add to Bread, Hawaiian Sweet Roll or croissant with a tomato. Enjoy!
