Porridge plantain with scent leaf and smoked fish
I used not too ripe plantain and its so yummy!!
Steps

Wash plantain, peel and cut in small circles. Place in a clean pot.

Add sliced onions, seasoning cube, salt, black pepper and red oil. Add 2 cups of water and cook for 5minutes.
- 3
Add crayfish, smoked fish and stir. Leave to cook for another 5minutes. Bring down and serve.

Add scent leaf and cook for 2minutes. Bring down and serve.
