Ingredients

  • 1/2of a cucumber cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cupgreen pepper diced
  • 1 cupgrape tomatoes sliced in 3
  • Handfulpepperoni sliced in 4
  • 1/4 cupchedder cheese shredded
  • 3 cupspasta
  • 4 tbsapple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsolive oil
  • 2 tspmccormick salad supreme seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil pasta til al dente.

  2. 2

    Rinse pasta with cold water and add oil and stir.

  3. 3

    Cut up vegatables, pepperoni and add cheese to a bowl. Add vinegar and seasoning and mix well.

  4. 4

    Add pasta once cool. And enjoy. For better flavor let in sit over night in fridge so the flavor sets in.
