Steps

Sieve flour, oats, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder 3 times.

Take a bowl and add sugar powder and oil and mix it well, now in the same mixture add vanilla essence and milk and make a fomy paste.

When the fomy paste is ready, add the flour mixture and mix it well in order to make a blended paste.

Transfer this mixture into a dusted mould and and keep it in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.

When baked, remove from the oven. And let it cool.

Then remove from the mould, cut into pieces and serve.
