Dry Fruit Gooseberry Jam

My mother always try to feed us healthy food in very attractive and alluring way. I cook many of her recipes. But this dish is very close to my heart. She usually feed us gooseberry jam , by saying it as mango jam. And i with my brother and sister relish this jam as bread spread and layer it on chapati to make jam roll but without knowing the key ingredient.
Dry Fruit Gooseberry Jam

First boil gooseberry until soft. Now drain water and keep aside. Deseed all gooseberries.

Now In heavy bottomed wok put this gooseberry and sugar. Add all spices also. Keep on stirring.

It will take nearly 40-45 minutes on low flame. Cook according to desired consistency.

Add dry fruits and mix again nicely.

Now let it cool and store in sterilized Mason jar.

Now relish it with hot chapati or use as bread spread.Keep enjoying
