After washing your snail properly with alum or other methods of getting rid of the snail slim, boil in hot water and salt for 10mins and pour out the water then rinse the snail one more time

Put back in a pot of boiling water and add the seasoning, salt, part of the sliced onions and cook until tender to desired texture

Then fry in preheated vegetable oil

For the sauce, add the diced onions, tomatoes and pepper in a pan and boil until all juice is reduced. Then add little olive oil, little seasoning and salt

Pour the fried snail in the vegetable sauce and stir fry for 1-2minutes
