Fried Chicken
A very easy yet delicious evening starter.
Steps

Marinate the chicken pieces with lemon juice, salt, black pepper, paprika for at least 1hr.

In a bowl, beat the egg and the cornflour with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Take each piece of chicken. Dip it in the egg mixture and roll it on the bed of crushed cornflakes.

Heat some oil in a wok. To check whether it has been heated up properly, put a pinch of the mixture of egg, if it rise up without burning then the temperature of the oil is appropriate.

Put the chicken pieces. At first keep the flame low. Cover it with a lid so that the chicken softens.

After some time increase the flame and fry it till golden brown.
