Slice the cheese in square shaped slices and pour some black pepper and salt on it and leave for 10 mins

Now peel and cut onions in big slices and separate their scales one by one

Cut bell peppers and capsicum in big slices.

Now heat oil in a pan on medium high flame. Dust some all purpose flour on cheese pieces so that it makes a thin coating on cheese pieces. Fry these pieces till they acquire golden brown colour. Now place these slices in a plate.

Now add ginger garlic paste to oil and then onions and saute for few seconds. Then add red and yellow bell pepper and capsicum pieces to pan and saute for 2 mins.

Add salt and turmeric powder and again saute for few seconds. Now add tomato sauce and chilli sauce.

Now mix rest of all purpose flour and corn flour with water and put it in pan and heat for few mins. You will find a thick gravy now.

Add fried cheese pieces to this gravy. Mix it well.

Your cheese chilli is ready to serve.
