Steps

Marinate the eggs with salt and turmeric powder

Heat oil fry the eggs keep aside

Fry the Potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder and keep aside

Now add more oil temper the jeera seeds and bay leaf

Add onion paste saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add ginger garlic paste and saute untill raw smell disappears

Add tomato puree and red chilli Powder and mix well

As the masala starts releasing oil add eggs and combine well adding sugar

Finally add garam masala powder and remove from heat

Serve it with rice or chapati
