Preheat your oven

Sieve all your dry and put aside

Bet the egg whites until they form firm peaks
- 4
In a different bowl beat the egg yolk with butter and sugar
- 5
Add the dry ingredients and the coconut powder
- 6
Finally add the egg white using a spatula
- 7
Add your batter in greased pan and bake for 30min.
