First roast the vermecilli.

Heat oil in a pan add sliced onion and saute it.

When saute add garlic and mint paste and saute now add spices and saute for 2 min.

Now add roasted vermecilli and enough water.

Cover and cook till soft the vermecilli and absorbed the water.

Now add lemon juice.
