Ingredients

  • 4 cupflour
  • 1satchet instant yeast
  • 4 tbssugar
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 1egg slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cupcooking oil
  • 500 mlwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the dry ingredients that is flour, yeast, salt and sugar

  2. 2

    Add the egg and the water then mix well

  3. 3

    Knead well on a floured surface till the dough is smooth.

  4. 4

    Put the dough on a greased bowl and covers with a plastic wrap. Then leave for 45 mins

  5. 5

    Grease the pan with oil and dust with flour

  6. 6

    On a lightly floured surface. Knead the dough again

  7. 7

    Make small round pieces and place on a baking pan

  8. 8

    Cover again for 1 and half hours. Bake on a pre heated oven at 180degrees for 25mins
