Ingredients

  1. 200 gmpoha
  2. 50 gmgroundnuts
  3. 1 tspRai
  4. 1 tspGarlic paste
  5. To tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  7. to tasteChat masala
  8. as neededOil for frying, cooking

Cooking Instructions

    First deep fry the poha with the help of any instrument

    Pit it out on newspaper and let it soak the oil. Similarly fry and put groundnuts in it

  3. 3

    Take a pan add little bit of oil and add rai in it, garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, chat masala in it

  4. 4

    Pour it on the poha and groundnuts. Mix them all well

  5. 5

    Now your poha bhujia is ready
