Steps

Chop the leaves and stems

Heat oil in a pan temper nigella seeds and chopped green chillies and add Onions
- 3
Add prawns shallow fry add ing salt and turmeric powder
- 4
Add Potatoes saute well
- 5
Add the leaves and stems saute well adding ginger and garlic
- 6
Cover it till it become soft and the moisture reduces
- 7
Finally add sugar(optional) and mix well

Remove it and serve with main course
