Steps

Grind ginger,garlic and green chilli.(garlic should not be peeled properly)

Take a bowl and put gram flour and all other ingredient except cottage cheese and oil.

Put water in it and make thin batter of it(remember-do not make very thin batter) and keep aside for 10mins.

Now take a iron skillet put oil in it on high flame.

Take 1 teaspoon of hot oil from that and mix it in batter
- 6
Now put cottage cheese in batter one by one and put it in skillet for deep fry on medium flame.

Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
