3unripe plantain
1/3 cuppalm oil
1onion bulb chopped
10scotch bonnet pepper blended
2knorr cube
to tastesalt

Wash unripe plantain and boil for 15min

Place pan on heat, add palm oil then add onions,pepper,knorr cube and salt then stir.

After 3min turn off heat. Serve unripe plantain with pepper sauce.
