One of the Chinese Restaurants’ menus that my daughter and I always ordered back in my home country 😍. It’s crunchy, buttery salty, and spicy. Just the perfect combination. You can use fish or oyster mushrooms to replace the chicken or even shrimps. Salt Flavoured Fried Chicken Salt Flavoured Fried Chicken
Lately I've often made salt-fried chicken using chicken thighs. I was wondering if I could make it with chicken breasts keeping the same flavor and texture. I tried making it but it turned out to be a little bit hard.I'd heard that adding mayonnaise makes the chicken tender before, so I tried it. It was right!I sliced the chicken diagonally into strips so that the chicken will cook tender. When you add katakuriko potato starch flour and mix with chopsticks during Step 3, you should have a little bit dry part left, so please adjust the amount. You can keep this dish in the freezer and microwave in the morning to add to a bento. It's a bit help! Recipe by Hokkori-no cookpad.japan -
Salty Fried Chicken Salty Fried Chicken
Near my parents' house, there's a delicious salted fried chicken restaurant, and sometimes I get a craving for the chicken, but since it's too far away, I came up with my own recipe. This recipe is light tasting. (It's a recipe for those who want to chow down only on meat.)If serving with rice, add more salt. You may think that it needs more salt when brining, but be careful not to add too much salt! If you add too much, it will be too salty to eat! Recipe by Ah*mi cookpad.japan -

My husband loves fried chicken! My mother-in-law taught me this recipe.I have never been good at making deep fried dishes, and used to have trouble cooking the meat through, but it's easy if you pierce it with a fork before you start! It tastes saltier if you sprinkle on the salt and pepper separately, rather than together. Crispy and Salty Fried Chicken Crispy and Salty Fried Chicken
The salty fried chicken wings that I ate at a restaurant were really delicious, so I wanted to make them at home, and made them while slinging seasonings everywhere.I recommend using chicken wings. These taste better properly seasoned. Fry them for the last time over high heat. These taste great with pepper, so please feel free to add a ton of coarse black pepper into the mix.
