Ingredients

2 to 3 servings
  1. 2 cupsSoya keema
  2. 1Onion minced
  3. 1/2 cupMaida
  4. 1/2 tspGinger paste
  5. 1/2 tspGarlic paste
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 3-4Green chilli chopped
  8. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1/4 tspGaram masala
  10. 2 tbspCoriander leaves chopped
  11. Oil for brushing

Steps

    First boil the soya keema.u can use soya vadi also.

  2. 2

    When boil keema than,let it cool and squeezed it.

  3. 3

    Now take mixer jar add keema,and add all ing. except oil. Blend it without water.

    Transfer the mixture in plate.

    Mix more maida if mixture is wet. Balance the taste.The taste like chatpata

    Now grease little the skewers and apply mixture on skewers and keep it in fridge for 15 min.

    Preheat the oven 200 degree. Remove sticks from fridge and place oil both sides of skewers with brush.

    Place the sticks in oven tray and grill for 20 to 25 min.

    When golden colour comes out than remove from oven and serve hot.

    Garnish with coriander leaves.
